LAU
Lau is the newest member of the DHPT Family, and after only 8 weeks of 1:1 PT, she has developed some fantastic upper body strength, which is one of her main fitness goals. Her posture has improved dramatically and the belief in her own ability to lift heavier weights is seen in every workout. She has taken everything onboard and applies a fantastic attitude towards fitness. She’s a keen runner and uses the strength gained from weightlifting in the gym, plus the consistency in attending weekly fitness classes, to improve her running style, endurance and cardio-vascular health.

Words can’t express what joining DHPT fitness has done for me physically and mentally.
Dave really is great at what he does. Each PT session I think 'I can’t do this', yet he pushes me to reach my limit and surpass it, all the while giving advice and guidance.
Each class is different and challenging, full of hard work but fantastic fun.
Since joining I have become a more confident, stronger, and healthier version of myself.

LOUISE
Lou started 1:1 PT with a clear goal, to lose weight and get stronger… well she has certainly achieved that and more, continually smashing all of her fitness goals. Lou has embraced Gym training, whilst being a weekly regular of BoxFit, HIIT & Bootcamp Classes. She is committed & focussed in achieving her set ‘daily habits’, the toughest being to avoid biscuits & crisps. She has such a determined, strong mindset to always be the best she can be and is an inspiration to many of the other clients & coach.

I joined DHPT classes over 3 years ago. I didn’t expect it to help me turn my life around as much as it has. Dave makes the classes fun and interesting every single time, no two classes are ever the same. I don’t know how he does it, he’s a legend!
When the DHPT gym opened and 1:1’s were available I knew I’d be a fool to not give it a go. I was only going to give it a few months to get me back into the swing of using a gym but to me, stopping my weekly 1:1’s is not an option. I have achieved far more than I ever imagined and that would not have been possible without Dave’s support and encouragement throughout. He believes in you even when you’re doubting yourself.
My mental health is so much stronger than it ever has been before, and this has been a huge impact on my life. My family and friends have all noticed the difference. My lifestyle has completely changed for the best and I love it. This wouldn’t have happened without my DHPT family, especially Dave. For that I will always be truly grateful. I just wished I’d been able to start my journey earlier. That saying life begins at 40, well my life certainly did, the day I joined DHPT. ❤️

HAYLEY
Another member of the DHPT Family, Hayley has attended Fitness Classes for many years, though only became a 1:1 client in October 2023. Hayley is an extremely motivated & driven client, who has really taken to strength training and now wouldn’t be without it. Making huge strides in gaining real full body strength, power and speed, she is always looking for new ways she can improve and strives to achieve PB’s in every workout.

Dave's 1:1's help keep me focused. The app is amazing, and I love that it gives me the workouts I can follow and can record the weights I'm using, to help me track my progress. Dave really helps motivate me, because a lot of what he gets me to do I probably wouldn't if I was on my own. He facilitates me to learn the many ways I can work different muscle groups, so it keeps it interesting.

CAROLINE
Caroline has attended DHPT Fitness Classes for number of years, though only started 1:1 training just over one year ago . From her first PT session she has been really focused on becoming a stronger person and adhered to all workouts with great determination. Her overall strength has seen significant changes, achieving all of the fitness goals to challenge her abilities, whilst continually hitting all of the set short-term body metric goals.
